PassFoundry provides a service that enables our enterprise customers ('Customers') to publish content ('Service') to individuals who are already associated with our Customers ('Users'). In this Privacy Policy, we will explain how information about our Customers is collected, how it is used and how it might be disclosed by PassFoundry Ltd, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ('PassFoundry', 'we', 'us').

What this Privacy Policy covers

Unless otherwise indicated, this Privacy Policy covers information we collect about current and prospective Customers across all of our websites, forums, emails, campaigns, social media and User interactions with the Service. The Service we provide to our customers entails collecting, processing and disclosing User information. In all cases, we collect User information solely on behalf of our Customers. We process and disclose such information in accordance with our agreements with each customer.

How we collect Customers Information

There are a number of different ways we collect information about our customers. We collect information when Customers create and account with us, send us an email, post information to any technical or customer service boards, when they request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. We only collect the information we need to establish the Service with our customers and to enable ongoing support. When a Customer, or prospective Customer accesses and uses our website, we automatically collect information about the computer they are using, such as;

By registering for a Customer account or otherwise providing information to us by visiting our website, Customers and prospective Customers consent to the transfer and processing of information to and in the EU and other countries.

Access and Choices for Customer Information

Customer Account Information

Updating your account information can be done at any time by contacting your PassFoundry account manager. Deactivating your account will result in us not being able to provide the service to you. Please note however that if you deactivate your account we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business reasons.

Promotional Communications

Any promotional emails we send will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe from receiving those emails. However, you may opt out of receiving promotional emails from PassFoundry by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out of such messages, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Cookies
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can however sop to set your browser to reject/remove browser cookies. While that will stop us from using cookies with you, it could also have the undesired effect of disabling some of the features we use to provide this Service and may result in your not receiving the Service we intend for our Customers. We may share information we collect on behalf of, or about Customers as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

- If we believe a Customers actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of any agreements or policies or to protect the rights, property and safety of PassFoundry or others;
- With vendors and other service providers who need access to User or Customer information to enable them to carry out the work on our behalf;
- To protect the rights and property of PassFoundry.com;
- In connection with any negotiations of any mergers, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company or individual;
- With a Customers consent for us to do so;

We may also share aggregated or anonymised information about Customers, which cannot reasonably be used to identify the Customer.

Security of Customer Information

At PassFoundry.com we take reasonable measures to help protect information about Customers from loss, theft, unauthorised access, misuse and, disclosure or destruction of same.

As with any business, things evolve and that might result in us needing to update our Privacy Policy. If we do make changes, we’ll provide notice of these changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.

Advertising and Services provided by Others

We may allow 3rd parties to serve advertisements across the Internet and provide analytics services on our behalf. These entities may capture information about your use of our website and services using cookies and web beacons to track information such as you IP address, web browser, pages viewed, links clicked, conversion information, time spent on pages. This information may be used by PassFoundry and others to perform a number of functions.
